		<description>Ego is the mind killer.  Many developers are emotional people, they just express their emotion in their &quot;passion&quot; about their code.  I think many could remember the lessons of humility:  there will always, always be someone smarter than yourself.

Those who do not want to submit themselves to reviews can&#039;t face the truth.  Without commentary from others mixed with humility, you have no chance of learning, and this extends beyond code.</description>
