I’m a Ruby guy. I agree with Anonymous. But I was from VB, then to PHP (a BS Civil Engr grad). Having a dev face off should put two devs working with the same tool and what they made use of it.

Frankly, voting for a VB guy coz were using VB is not fair. In the Philippines alone, there could be more than 1000 Ruby devs against 50000 who been using VB since grade school! So where’s the thrill on that? And a 12yrs dev against a 5yrs black belt? Cmon?!

Ok. So you asked? WTH is Ruby? Here’s a sample: Twitter is running on Ruby on Rails.

Who gets my vote? Sergio.

What’s wrong with all you Angelo voters?! Anybody who’s favorite language is VB (of any flavor) has seriously limited exposure to other languages and probably shouldn’t realy be alowed to develop profesionally.
